IFPA Open & Masters Pro Qualifier – Coverage in Fitness & Physique Magazine
Location: Newburyport High School, 241 High St, Newburyport, MA 01950
Show times: Doors open at 10:00AM and show starts roughly at 10:30AM (live judged, means no separate pre-judging and finals. Group comparisons, individual presentations and award presentation are done straight through. Expected end time is 5-6 PM)
Divisions: Men’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Great Grand Masters 60+, Grand Masters 50+, Masters 40+, Junior, Open – Women’s Bodybuilding: Novice, Grand Masters 45+, Masters 35+, Open – Figure: Novice, Grand Masters 45+, Masters 35+, Open
The Natural Yankee Classic was originally a long running ANBC (American Natural Bodybuilding Conference) event. In 2005 Matt Shepley promoted the show which was called the Forever Natural Yankee Classic. The first year drug free policy was lifetime (based on the old ANBC drug free policy). In 2006 Matt Shepley co-promoted the show with Justin Napolitano, Amy (Justin's wife) & Joel Napolitano (Justin's brother). The show was renamed to the Natural Yankee Classic, based on the drug free policy of the OCB, not a lifetime drug free policy.
In 2007 Justin, Amy & Joel Napolitano co-promoted the show with Dr. Joe DeMarco, and in 2008 the show was promoted by Justin, Amy , and Joel Napolitano.
Since its inception, the show has always been held in Newburyport, MA
Applications are now available on the Phenom Labs website www.phenomlabs.com/20ocbnayacl1.html, the NBCF website www.naturalbodybuildingcompetitionforum.com and the OCB website www.theocbwebsite.com!
Again this year we will be donating vendor space to It's My Heart-Boston who last year raised over $400 for the charity!
Cape Cod Nutrition Corner www.capecodnutrition.com, will be providing goody bags fill with samples from Phenom labs and other quality companies!
