Thanks for the site! True naturals need a place to share information, which applies to their unique training.
The biggest down fall I've seen in Natural Bodybuilding is the lack of support for one another.
I hope that changes.

The moderator of this site assures me, that it will be a place to share and exchange quality information relating to natural bodybuilding.
Many wonderful people have shyed away from message boards, due to a lack of respect for opinions of training which are opposite of their beliefs.
Any and all information shared is a plus and there are numerous ways to train. The key is to find what works best for each, as an individual.
Every bodybuilder and trainer has their own way and neither is right or wrong.
Naturals need to stick together and support one another. Join natural gyms, purchase natural products and training manuals and DVD's, attend natural shows and volunteer to help.
Most naturals fight among themselves and division occurs.
Sharing information is a must. Ask questions and weigh answers.
In time, others will see the quality of information exchanged here and knowledge will grow!

Want to get into the best shape of your life? I'm starting a Beachbody® Challenge group and thought you'd be interested in joining! It's a [insert 30, 60 or 90]-day [insert workout program of choice here] challenge and it's the easiest way to achieve your goals ever. As part of my group, you'll be one of five likeminded people. We'll track our progress along the way, hold each other accountable, and motivate, inspire, and encourage each other to achieve amazing results. It's easy! And as an added incentive, you’ll be able to participate in The Beachbody ChallengeTM contest. All you have to do is log our workouts online at TeamBeachbody.com for a chance to win $500 every day—and submit your "before" and "after" photos for a shot at the $100,000 Grand Prize. But the spots will fill quickly—and you don't want to wait 'til the next group! When you're ready, just visit my Web site at P90X 30 Day Beachbody Challenge and follow the Take The Beachbody Challenge banner to sign up. Or call or email me and I'll walk you through the process. Let's do this together and make the magic happen. Here's to our health and success!

My name is Christina Martin. Attached is my best friend/love of my life Manu Williams. He passed away on September, 28 2014 from a blood clot at only 36 years young. My mission is to get the word out about blood clots and the dangers.
I'm reaching out to the body building community/Natural Body Building Events because he was part of this community. He worked out all the time, he lifted heavy weights, he watched his food intake. He was healthy. Every 5-6 minutes someone dies of a blood clot. This impacts everyone, of every size, and every age. I'm trying to get the word out to Stop the Clot and save lives. Here is my website: www.stoptheclotchciago.com My Story: www.stoptheclot.org/stories/patient-stories/a-super-hero-taken-too-soon-manu-ajamu-williams-story-as-told-by-christina-martin.htmI am hosting the Stop the Clot Chicago 5K Run/Walk on Mother's Day Sunday May 10, 2015. Proceeds will go to the National Blood Clot Alliance (501-C3) charity. If you can get the word about these danger that is good enough. If you live in Chicago and would like to come to our event, even better. Please get the word out to STOP THE CLOT!! Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks so much, Chris
